We believe you should have complete control of your Coffee Novice subscription. Which is why we’ve designed you a customisable subscription service. We want you to be free to try different coffees or find the one you love and get it as frequently as you like.

If you want to take a break, then you can log in to your account and alter the delivery interval.

You can have your coffee delivered once a week, every two weeks, every three weeks or once a month. You can stick with the coffee you love or login and alter the coffee at any time or add an additional bag or two for special occasions.

We don't charge any shipping for our subscription orders, saving you £2.50 every time.

Don't Wait In
Subscriptions of up to 2x 250gram bags are sent in our letterbox friendly boxes. Meaning you don't have to wait in. Anything more will be delivered in a larger box and will need somebody to receive it. You wouldn't want to miss out on your fresh coffee, so why wouldn't you be in?!

How to Subscribe:

The coffee subscription process couldn’t be simpler. Scroll through our site and choose the coffee/s you like as you would when making a normal purchase. Select the bag quantity and size and whether you want whole beans or a particular grind. Instead of selecting the ‘ONE-TIME PURCHASE’ button, simply select the ‘SUBSCRIBE’ button. A box will appear allowing you to choose your delivery frequency. Repeat the process until you’ve picked all the coffee you want.

In the shopping cart you will see a summary of the coffee/s you’ve picked and delivery frequency. If you’re happy, click the checkout button. At this stage you’ll be taken to the subscription checkout page where you’ll add your address and contact details and make a secure payment.

Your card details will be stored safely and securely on encrypted servers and billed at the interval you have specified.

There are no minimum periods, you are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time. Simply login in to your account and follow the instructions. 

Please note: You cannot cancel a gift subscription or have the balance refunded. Gift subscriptions are paid for in full and in advance. We also cannot cancel or refund ‘package subscriptions’ that are paid in advance and include a gift.
