Indonesia - Single Origin

£10.00

Indonesia has long been one of the largest coffee producers in the world. First started in the late 1600’s during colonial times. The region has perfect condition’s so it was an obvious choice for coffee growers.

Our coffee is grown near Lake Toba, the largest volcanic lake in the world, which has ideal soil and climate conditions.

Using the Gilling Basah method, our Indonesian coffee has low acidity but huge body with a spicy aroma and hints of tobacco.

Tim’s Notes: Using a French Press and drinking it black. I love the full-bodied taste with a strong hit of spicy tobacco. It’s a great coffee to get you going. It also nice and smooth due to its low acidity levels. Definitely a ‘go to’ coffee for me when I want to kickstart the day. Not one I’d drink later in the day unless I was planning on pulling an all-nighter!

With milk. It noticeably reduces that tobacco hit but still has some punch and gives you a nice smooth, spicy coffee.
