Delivery Information
Coffee Shipping Only £2.50 per order
Free delivery on all coffee orders over £20.00 (UK Mainland only)
Accesory Shipping Only £3.00 per order (UK Mainland only)
Orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) between the hours of 8.30am - 13:00 are packed and dispatched on the same day.
UK Mainland
- All deliveries are made with DPD and Royal Mail and will be delivered to UK Mainland only.
- All coffee orders under the value of £20.00 will be charged at £2.50 per order and will be delivered on the Royal Mail 24 hour Service. Free delivery on all coffee orders placed over the value of £20.00. This will be stated in the shopping basket at the time of payment.
- All accessories or coffee kits ordered will be charged at £3.00 per order and will be delivered on the Royal Mail 24 hour Service (UK Mainland only). This will be stated in the shopping basket at the time of payment.
- Delivery is normally 1-2 working days, orders placed before 13:00 will go out on the next day delivery service. Orders placed after 13:00 will be dispatched the following working day.
- If for any reason an item is out of stock we will contact you at once to inform you and offer you the right to change or cancel your order if you wish.
Highlands & Islands Delivery
- For the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Highlands and Islands, the shipping charge is £15.00.
Upon Delivery
- It is the Customer’s responsibility to inspect the goods upon delivery. Coffee Novice accepts no responsibility for alleged non-delivery, shortfall of goods, damage on delivery or other discrepancy unless notification is received within 24 hours from the date of delivery. In the absence of such notification the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.
- Signing for goods as unchecked (or similar) will not be accepted for any subsequent claim.
- Coffee Novice asks the Customer to inspect items at the time of delivery and any discrepancies be made aware to us immediately.
- If the outer packaging is damaged upon delivery the Customer must ensure the courier signs to this effect.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) between the hours of 8.30am - 5:30pm.
