This sweet coffee blends two speciality Arabica beans from Cerrado Minas Gerais, Brazil and Guatemala’s tropical valleys, covered in volcanic soil.
This combination is roasted to create a medium bodied espresso with a soft acidity level. Sweetness shines through with flavours of maple syrup and pecan.
Used in milk based coffees, you are presented with a deliciously smooth drink with sweet toffee and chocolate flavours.
Tims notes: Using a French Press and drinking it black. I like the sweet smoothness. It doesn’t give you the same heavy caffeine hit of some of the others so might not be what you want to kickstart your week but is perfect for an easy Sunday morning. And with milk based drinks, it enhances that sweetness on the nose and palette. A great coffee for a relaxed morning or comforting afternoon cuppa.
For those of you looking to stop adding sugar to your coffee, this is a great choice. We're getting a lot of feedback from customers saying they don't need sugar with this blend. Particularly with milk based drinks.
